Eastern Point Light, Gloucester, Massachusetts

For more than 170 years the Eastern Point Light has guided Gloucester fisherman safely home from the sea. Standing at the entrance to the town’s harbor, the station looks much as it did a century ago, and the light continues to be seen each evening, its powerful beacon flashing once every five seconds.
