Thomas A. Needham was raised in Redondo Beach, California. He is a graduate of California’s renowned Art Center College of Design and now teaches watercolor painting at UG at the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art in Augusta, Georgia. For biographical information read the artist's profile.
